Le tariffe possono variare nei periodi di Capodanno e Ferragosto.

Bambini fino a 3 anni gratis, dai 12 anni sovrapprezzo di 20 euro con aggiunta di letto.

Alla prenotazione si effettua per intero il pagamento dei pernottamenti.

In caso di disdetta della prenotazione si prega di avvisare entro 3 giorni prima, sarà comunque trattenuto il 20% dell'importo complessivo a titolo di caparra.

 Qualora non si disdica entro i termini qui convenuti, sarà trattenuto l'intero importo della prenotazione.

Si ricorda che, trattandosi di alloggio turistico classificato con i 3 leoni veneziani, il cambio degli asciugamani e della biancheria è previsto ogni tre giorni.

In case of cancellation of the booking, please notify us within 3 days before, however, 20% of the total amount will be retained as a deposit.

  If you do not cancel within the terms agreed here, the full amount of the reservation will be retained.

Please note that, as it is a tourist accommodation classified with the 3 Venetian lions, the change of towels and linen is provided every three days.
